We are increasingly being asked to provide ‘shadow’ expert services, whilst another expert may act as a single joint expert.
When acting as a shadow expert we may be able to assist you, and the client, with reviewing the pensions information disclosed to identify any issues assisting with drafting the questions to be included in the letter of instruction to the appointed expert helping to explain to the client the report prepared by the expert, this may be either at a face-to-face meeting or via an online meeting assisting with creating solutions to achieve an outcome assisting with the implementation of a pension sharing order. I would be delighted to discuss cases where you feel that this may be beneficial.
